Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and student-oriented

Academic Counselor

to support prospective learners throughout the admission process. The role focuses on handling inquiries, consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while ensuring a positive and supportive student experience. Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable academic programs based on their goals Clearly explain program offerings, benefits, and admission procedures Support students from initial inquiry through successful enrollment Achieve assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets Communicate with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to improve lead conversion Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions journey

Requirements and Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales-related roles Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up management Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools Mandatory requirement: submission of a short self-introduction video
