Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kozhikode for the role of Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will provide student counseling, guide career pathways, and support academic advising to integrate learners into suitable educational programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering personalized guidance, assisting with educational planning, resolving academic challenges, and guiding clients through credit transfer and study gap resolution processes.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling

Excellent Communication abilities, including both verbal and written communication

Background in Education or a related field preferred

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience in providing tailored guidance to students and professionals is an advantage

Capability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
