Job Title: Academic Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through our course offerings, admission process, and help them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents about various academic programs.

- Understand student needs and provide accurate course and career guidance.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and counseling.

- Maintain student records and track daily activities in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth onboarding process.

- Meet weekly/monthly targets for counseling and admissions.

- Represent the institution in educational fairs or seminars if required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (education/counseling background preferred).

- 1-3 years experience in academic/student counseling or sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good listening skills and ability to connect with students.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with education industry trends and counseling techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
