Handle inbound and outbound calls to student leads
Counsel students and parents on courses and career options
Convert enquiries into successful admissions
Perform regular follow-ups on leads via calls and messages
Maintain lead data and admission records
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an institute
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in lead conversion and admissions process
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
