Job Description

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, course selections, eligibility, and career prospects Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to provide appropriate recommendations Maintain accurate student records and follow up with leads and inquiries Coordinate with academic faculty and administrative teams to support student success Conduct counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and online) Assist in organizing seminars, orientations, workshops, and outreach activities Address student concerns related to academics, schedules, or institutional policies Stay updated on academic programs, curriculum changes, and industry trends
