Counsel students and parents regarding course options, career pathways, and admission procedures
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms
Provide accurate information about courses, certifications, eligibility, fees, and placement support.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Assist in organising orientations, seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions.
Ensure a positive experience for students from enquiry to enrollment.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel and guide students effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email, WhatsApp tools)
Target-oriented mindset with ethical counselling approach
Fluency in English and Malayalam (preferred)
Educational Qualification: Plus Two/Diploma/Degree in a related field
