Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls Responsible for calling prospective students and follow-ups on a daily basis. Handling emails and Chats. Counselling the students with proper information and enrol the students in various courses. Counsel students/parents on the phone and give them the right career option for courses. Responsible for generating walk-ins by ensuring regular follow-ups of prospective clients. Assist in managing the daily operation of the branch office to meet business goals and Reporting to Higher officials with proper reports. Collect fees, perform basic accounting, and liaise with the accounts department. Complete the student registration process. Create video presentations for promoting various courses. Coordinate farewell programs for each batch.
