We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Academic Counselor

to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses, support enrollments, and ensure a smooth admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for education and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on course details, career prospects, and learning paths Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and interests Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and certification details clearly Maintain accurate student data and follow up regularly with prospects Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for batch planning Support students post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
