SkillFly is seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, convert enquiries into admissions, and manage student leads effectively. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and accurate data management to support SkillFly's enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proper academic guidance to students based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals Counsel students and parents through in-person, telephonic, and virtual sessions Convert student enquiries into successful admissions (sales conversion) Manage and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails, including on non-working days when required Maintain accurate student and lead data using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems Record daily enquiries, follow-ups, admission status, and payment details in tracking sheets Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures clearly Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth enrolment Achieve individual and team admission targets set by the organization Address student queries and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications

Any bachelor's degree
Experience

0-3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
