Job Role

We are seeking an

Academic Counselor

to advise students on diploma and certification courses, support enrollment activities, and provide accurate academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on available

diploma and certification courses

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person/online meetings Assist students throughout the

admission and enrollment process

Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions Meet counseling and enrollment targets
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

1 year of experience

as an Academic Counselor / Education Counselor Experience handling

diploma and certification programs

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain academic programs clearly and confidently Customer-focused approach with good listening skills
Preferred Skills

Experience in education, training institutes, or EdTech firms Familiarity with Indian education market (added advantage) Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
