Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students, handle inquiries, and support enrollments for our academic programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career options Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollment Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions Coordinate with academic and admissions teams Meet assigned enrollment and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities Ability to handle students and parents professionally Basic knowledge of admissions or education counseling Comfortable working with CRM systems and follow-ups
