: Academic Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team in Attingal. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents, guiding them through their educational journey. The ideal candidate is a passionate communicator with a strong desire to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Outreach & Counseling:Actively reach out to and counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their educational needs and career aspirations.
Admissions Guidance:Expertly guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, including program selection, eligibility, and documentation.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
Target Achievement:Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets and conversion goals as set by the management.
Database Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration:Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

A Bachelor's degree is required.
Proven 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a related sales/customer service role, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a proactive problem-solver.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
