Call or answering phone calls and explaining the courses offered by the organization in a professional manner.
Contacting existing candidates as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the courses.
Maintaining database of all the candidates/phone calls in the system and regular follow up.
