Job Description

Responsible for promoting and selling educational programs, courses, or training services to prospective students . The role focuses on lead generation, counseling prospects, closing enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships by ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell academic courses, certification programs, and training services Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses and learning pathways Conduct course presentations, demos, or counseling sessions Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrollments Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth enrollment processes Address objections and provide clear information on fees, schedules, and policies Participate in marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities Collect feedback from students to improve sales and service quality
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
