About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven

Academic Consultants

to join our team. This is a

sales-driven role

where you will guide students, understand their academic needs, and provide suitable course or service recommendations. Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with students and parents to understand their requirements. Explain academic programs, courses, and services offered by the company. Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into enrollments. Maintain strong relationships with students for future references. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and events as needed.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence to handle student queries and convert leads. Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

Any UG/PG degree Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
