We are seeking a proactive and experienced Academic Counselor to manage and convert Meta (Instagram) leads through CRM systems. The role involves effective lead assignment, student counseling for study abroad programs, Instagram lead handling, and internal staff coordination and training.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Lead & CRM Management
Handle and manage Meta (Instagram) leads generated through paid campaigns.
Ensure accurate lead assignment and tracking through the CRM system.
Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Identify and resolve Meta lead assignment issues, especially related to Instagram.
Student Counseling & Deliverables
Counsel students on study abroad options, universities, courses, eligibility, and admission processes.
Ensure timely delivery of Instagram lead responses and counseling deliverables.
Maintain high response quality and turnaround time for social media leads.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead quality improvement.
Instagram Lead Operations
Ensure proper integration and delivery of Instagram leads into CRM.
Track performance and conversion of Instagram leads.
Report issues related to Meta lead delivery and assignment.
Staff Training & Coordination
Provide training to counselors on CRM usage and Meta lead handling.
Guide staff on best practices for Instagram lead follow-up and conversion.
Support new joiners in understanding lead workflows and counseling standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a
study abroad consultancy
.
Proven experience handling
Meta (Instagram) leads
.
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems
for lead assignment and tracking.
Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and guide team members.
Familiarity with Instagram lead forms and Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of multiple study destinations (Georgia, Europe, UK, etc.).
Experience in lead conversion strategies from social media platforms.
Problem-solving skills related to CRM and lead assignment issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
