Key Responsibilities
Meet with students to understand their academic interests, strengths, and long-term goals.
Recommend suitable courses or learning tracks based on individual needs.
Clearly explain program features, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.
Stay in regular touch with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Assist with admission formalities, enrollment steps, documentation, and onboarding.
Monitor students' progress and provide timely support when they face difficulties.
Keep records of all student interactions, updates, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Work closely with trainers, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Handle student queries professionally and help them stay committed to completing their course.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of technology, including MS Office and online learning platforms.
Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
Good listening skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Capable of handling multiple student cases at the same time.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, EdTech, or similar roles.
Patient, empathetic, and student-oriented approach.
Ability to work under timelines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
