We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have experience guiding students in academic choices and providing educational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding course options, career paths, and academic goals. Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Assist students with admission procedures and documentation. Provide accurate information about programs, universities, and opportunities. Maintain student records and follow up regularly. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes. Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance. Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
