This role involves guiding prospective students in understanding our academic offerings and supporting learners throughout their educational journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the admissions process, maintaining student engagement, and participating in outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Guidance
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, phone calls, and online enquiries
Provide detailed and accurate information about course structures, eligibility, and career outcomes
Offer one-on-one counselling to help students select the program best suited to their goals
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
Manage and follow up with leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp
Guide prospective learners through the admission process
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through honest, supportive communication
Student Support & Coordination
Maintain accurate student records and manage necessary documentation
Support students during onboarding, orientation, and throughout the academic cycle
Coordinate with instructors and the administration team to ensure a seamless experience
Institutional Outreach
Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and training institutions
Present Telikoz programs to educators, career counselors, and administrators
Represent the academy during campus visits, guest lectures, and student orientations
Promote awareness of cybersecurity career paths and Telikoz's training offerings
Candidate Profile
Experience
: 2-3 years in academic counselling, admissions, student support, or a related role
Education
: Any Diploma, Graduate Higher
Skills & Competencies
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Malayalam
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage student data and familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Excel
A proactive and organized approach to student interactions
Confidence in delivering information in both one-on-one and group settings
