Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to student leads and explain available courses
Counsel students based on their career interests and goals
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Explain course structure, fees, duration, and placement details
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily reports
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Support student orientation and counselling sessions
Build professional relationships with students and parents
