Academic Counselors (Freshers)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guiding students in their academic and career choices
Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Counsel students regarding courses, admission process, and career pathways.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper student records.
Assist students in enrollment, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and operations team for smooth academic delivery.
Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and college promotions when required.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam must).
Confidence in handling calls and counseling students.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Any Degree
Freshers are welcome
Training will be provided by the institution
Work Schedule
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
6-day working (Monday-Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
