Timing: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Calicut

About the Role

We are looking for a committed and approachable Academic Counselor to guide students with course selection, support them through the admission process, and maintain positive communication throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students in choosing the right course and career path.

- Handle enquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

- Follow up with prospective students and assist them until admission.

- Maintain enquiry reports and admission records.

- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student support.

- Assist in student orientations and academic events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum 1 year experience in academic counselling or related roles.

- Good communication and listening skills.

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

- Basic computer skills and ability to manage records.

- Strong time management and follow-up skills.
