Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Academic Counselor

who can guide aspiring students in selecting suitable career paths and training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert leads into admissions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on various courses, career opportunities, and training programs. Manage and respond to student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, leads, and student progress. Collaborate with trainers and placement teams to ensure a positive student experience. Represent the institution in seminars, events, and educational fairs when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an educational or training institution. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and student-handling abilities. Proficient in maintaining data and reports with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (Education or Management preferred).
