The Academic Counselor will guide students through course options, program details, and admission procedures. ---The role requires strong communication skills, student handling ability, and a professional approach.

? Key Responsibilities

l Handle student inquiries via call, WhatsApp, walk-in, and social media.

l Counsel students about courses, fees, and career opportunities.

l Follow up with potential leads and convert them to admissions.

l Maintain student records and daily reporting.

l Explain course features, duration, fees, and placement support.

l Assist with admission forms and documentation.

l Support management in academic coordination activities.

l Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns when needed.

? Requirements

l Good communication skills (Malayalam).

l Ability to convince and guide students.

l Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business).

l Experience in counseling or sales preferred, but freshers may apply.

l Positive attitude and student-friendly personality.
