Job Summary:

The Academic Counselor is responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable academic programs and assisting them throughout the admission process. The role involves understanding student needs, providing course and career guidance, and achieving enrollment targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about academic programs, career options, and course details. Follow up on student inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings to ensure conversions. Maintain an updated database of student interactions, leads, and admissions. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth execution of enrollment activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Participate in promotional activities, events, and seminars to generate leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Counseling preferred). 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, student advisory, or sales (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
