9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Academic Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a target-driven mindset. The primary responsibility will be guiding prospective students and clients, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional attitude Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career pathways, and admission procedures Achieve daily and monthly targets for student inquiries and conversions Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up activities Build rapport and establish trust with potential students and parents Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign details and improve outreach Provide accurate information and address queries effectively Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely conversions

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree (any relevant field; telecalling experience preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in an educational environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Target-oriented with a proactive approach Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
