Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Admission Counselor
to guide prospective students through the admission process at our office in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a good understanding of the education sector, and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Provide information about courses, eligibility, and career prospects to prospective students.
Lead Management:
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Conversion & Enrollments:
Follow up with leads and assist them in completing the admission process.
Database Maintenance:
Keep records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly admission targets through proactive engagement and counseling.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to improve student enrollment strategies.
Key Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counseling, education sales, or a similar field.
? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malayalam.
? Persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions.
? Knowledge of admission procedures and the ability to guide students effectively.
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
? Basic computer skills, including CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools.
