Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate inquiry records, student databases, and follow-up reports.
Support marketing and admission campaigns, events, and activities.
Build and maintain strong student relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant field preferred).
Minimum 1+ years of experience
in academic counseling or student admissions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
