Key Responsibilities:

- Convert leads into admissions, meeting or exceeding monthly targets

- Provide exceptional student counseling and support services

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies

- Foster strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field

- Proven experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a related role

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
