Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries effectively.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and follow the admission protocols.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to achieve enrolment targets.
Provide post-admission support and guidance when required.
Participate in events, seminars, and campaigns related to admissions.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
