Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Academic Counselor

to join our team at Sterling Study Abroad, Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries for their higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education options and career pathways. Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission requirements. Assist students in the application process, documentation, and visa procedures. Maintain strong follow-up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings. Meet monthly targets for student conversions and counseling sessions. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities. Maintain records of student interactions and update the CRM regularly.
