Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high conversion rate.
Resolve customer concerns and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Counsel and guide students on suitable courses, career paths, and training programs based on their goals.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update student databases; track leads and follow up to ensure enrollment targets are met.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to provide seamless student support and engagement.
Assist in the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Achieve enrollment and revenue targets through proactive student engagement and persuasive communication.
Generate leads through telephonic follow-ups, online queries, and campus events.
Prepare and present course packages, pricing, and offers to potential students.
Provide regular reports on counseling activities, lead status, and conversions to management.

Fluent in English and Malayalam, both spoken and written.
