Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic programs, career pathways, and course selection.
Guide prospective students through the admission process, program details, and eligibility criteria.
Address student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Assist in identifying students' strengths, interests, and potential career opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions.
Work with faculty and placement teams to support student development and employability.
Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and academic support programs.
Track student progress and provide interventions when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree.
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, student advisory, or career services.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student concerns with patience, empathy, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of current educational trends, career opportunities, and skill development programs.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in counseling within educational institutions or training centers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and student management systems.
