Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain the academic programs offered.
Handle inbound calls related to course inquiries and follow up on leads.
Maintain a record of calls and update the CRM regularly.
Counsel students (via phone, in-person, or virtual meetings) on course selection, career paths, and program benefits.
Understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, etc.
Convert inquiries into admissions by effective follow-ups and counseling..
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, and regional languages preferred).
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the education industry is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, Psychology preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or academic counseling is an added advantage
