to join our Kochi team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling admission queries, and helping them choose the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career options. Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Convert leads into admissions with effective communication and follow-up. Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures. Support admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional events. Maintain accurate student records and meet admission targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to explain programs clearly and patiently. Prior experience in counseling/sales is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
