Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide personalized academic counseling to students regarding course selection, academic planning, and career development.
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate educational programs or coaching services.
Actively promote the institution's courses and services to prospective students.
Achieve individual sales targets by converting counseling sessions into course enrollments.
Conduct follow-up calls, meetings, and track student leads to boost enrollment numbers.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student leads, sales targets, and enrollments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
Previous experience in academic counseling or sales in an educational environment is highly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close enrollments.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking is an advantage.
