Role Overview

We are seeking

smart, proactive, and confident individuals

to join as Academic Counsellor . This role provides a

gateway to a career in student counselling, admissions, and EdTech management.

You will gain

hands-on experience

in counselling students, guiding them through academic choices, and contributing to the growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students via

phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings

to explain courses. Understand student career goals and recommend

suitable cybersecurity training programs.

Manage

inquiries, follow-ups, and support students

throughout the admission process. Maintain accurate records and update the

CRM system

. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve

enrollment targets.

Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers / Final-year students / Career starters are welcome.

Excellent communication skills

in English & Malayalam. Smart, confident, and approachable personality. Ability to understand student needs and explain solutions clearly. Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn. A positive attitude, team spirit, and

commitment to results.

Salary:

Fixed salary plus Performance-based incentives

Potential Earnings:

?1,02,000 - ?3,00,000 per year (based on performance)
