Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on available online courses (Tally, AI, and others) and help them select the right program. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from students. Explain course details, structure, fees, and career benefits clearly to students and parents. Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process. Maintain student records, follow up on leads, and achieve enrollment targets. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Build and maintain a strong relationship with students for long-term engagement.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year experience

in academic counselling/education field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable learning paths. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
