Key Responsibilities
1.
Academic Counseling
Guide prospective students and learners through ABHA's course portfolio, helping them choose programs that align with their interests and career goals.
Conduct detailed assessments of needs, match them with suitable courses, and educate candidates on benefits, outcomes, and enrollment procedures.
Maintain personalized follow-up communications to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
2.
Business Development (BDE)
Identify and establish collaborations with educational institutions, schools, coaching centers, and corporates to promote ABHA's programs.
Plan and execute outreach strategies--online sessions, webinars, seminars, and campus interactions--to engage target audiences effectively.
Represent ABHA at industry events, conferences, and educational fairs to raise brand awareness and attract potential partners.
3.
Sales and Enrollment Management
Manage the sales funnel from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely follow-ups and data-driven performance tracking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, and prepare regular reports outlining progress, conversion rates, and insights.
4.
Marketing Liaison
Work in tandem with the marketing team to craft messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with students and institutional stakeholders.
Share market feedback to inform course design, messaging strategy, and marketing initiatives.
5.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of lead conversations, partnership negotiations, and enrollment statuses.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership, highlighting trends, learnings, and upcoming opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or business development--preferably in education or edtech sectors.
Excellent interpersonal skills and phone-to-face communication fluency.
Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Proven track record of building partnerships and achieving targets.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Keen interest in aerospace, technology education, or space research is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
