Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students on course selections, assisting them in understanding career paths, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on educational programs, courses, and career opportunities Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process Follow up with leads generated through various channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, online inquiries) Build strong relationships with students and parents to support their academic decisions Maintain records of counseling sessions, inquiries, and conversions Work closely with the sales and academic teams to achieve admission targets Stay updated with industry trends, courses, and competitive offerings
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in counseling / academic advising / sales (education sector preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable courses Positive attitude, target-oriented, and team player
