The Kreative Academy is committed to providing high-quality education and career guidance to students. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Manager to join our team and help students navigate their educational and professional journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding course options, career paths, and academic planning.
Guide students through the admission process.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and strategic plans to management
Understand individual student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Take full ownership of the
sales process
, from lead generation to conversion, and consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ad performance and lead quality
Track and follow up with leads to ensure enrollment targets are met.
Conduct presentations and one-on-one sessions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in managing operations/business functions in a training institute or edtech company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM tools and student databases is a plus.
