Coordinate classes, tests, and academic activities with faculty.
Build strong rapport with students/parents and provide after-admission support.
Maintain lead reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (
B.Tech preferred
; Education/Management background is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in counselling/sales/education (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
Strong communication & persuasion skills (Fluency in English & Malayalam required).
Smart learner with ability to multitask and use tech tools effectively.
