Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students in choosing suitable courses and ensuring successful conversions from inquiries to admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic programs, career opportunities, and course selection. Manage student inquiries through calls, emails, and direct interactions. Provide accurate details on courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career scope. Convert prospective leads into admissions by effectively communicating program value. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and maintain strong relationships. Maintain records of counseling sessions, leads, and conversion data. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle student concerns with patience and empathy. Prior experience in sales will be an advantage.
