We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Academic Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. You will play a key role in student enrollment, counseling, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and academic pathways. Understand student needs and recommend appropriate educational solutions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Meet monthly targets for enrollments and student engagement. Coordinate with faculty, admin, and other departments to ensure student satisfaction. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally. Provide timely responses to student queries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Proven experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for student success. Proficiency in CRM tools. Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
