Aindriya Marketing Solutions is seeking a skilled and empathetic

Academic Counselor

to guide students and parents through our professional training programs. Your role is to counsel, convert, and support individuals in selecting the right learning path that aligns with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in, phone, and online inquiries regarding our courses Provide detailed guidance on course offerings, career prospects, and placement support Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through professional counseling Handle admissions, follow-ups, and student tracking in a timely manner Collaborate with the training and operations team for smooth student onboarding

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Minimum 3+ years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or education consultation Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IT or digital marketing training institutes Familiarity with counseling tools and student management software
