A Tele caller in our institute is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, provide information about courses, assist with admissions, and follow up with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Lead Generation & Counselling:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide information about courses, admission procedures, and fees.
Counsel students on choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
2.
Follow-ups & Conversions
:
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Encourage students to complete the admission process.
Maintain a database of inquiries and update their status regularly.
3.
Handling Inbound Calls & Queries:
Answer inquiries related to courses, fees, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
4.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and enrolments.
Prepare reports on call status, student responses, and conversions.
5.
Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with the admissions team for updates on seat availability.
Assist in organizing online/offline counselling sessions or webinars.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Persuasive and convincing ability for student engagement.
