Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk?ins to counsel prospective students/parents and guide them through admissions.
Recommend appropriate academic programs and assist with enrollment processes.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or spreadsheets.
Work closely with admission and marketing teams to meet enrollment goals.
Meet or exceed monthly conversion or enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of counselling interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelor's Degree .
1-2 years of experience
in admissions, academic counselling, sales, or related target-driven roles preferred
(freshers may apply with strong communication skills).
Excellent verbal and written communication in
Malayalam and English
.
Comfortable working in a
targets-driven environment
with resilience and a results mindset.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) prior CRM experience is advantageous.
