to join our marketing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented

Academic Counselor

with a strong background in the education field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management and be comfortable with fieldwork, including center visits.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Build relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication (English and Malayalam)

- Conduct market research and analyze trends in the education sector

- Manage and update CRM software and sales tools to track leads and conversions

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve marketing goals and objectives

- Conduct center visits and fieldwork to promote our services and build partnerships

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the institution

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- 2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the education sector

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

- Team management experience

- Ability to travel for center visits and fieldwork
