Job Summary:

Sterling Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting appropriate study abroad programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities (courses, universities, application procedures). Handle student queries via phone, email, or in-person. Guide students through the application and visa processes. Follow up regularly with students and maintain proper records. Build and maintain relationships with students and institutions. Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets. Stay updated on study destinations, course structures, and university policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education-related background is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in counseling or the overseas education sector preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities. Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
