Job Summary

:

As an Academic Counselor, you'll work closely with students to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. You'll provide guidance on academic matters, support students in achieving their goals, and collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

Provide academic guidance and support to students Help students set and achieve academic goals Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student success Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and support students' needs Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians

Requirements

:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (Education/Counseling preferred) Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff Passion for education and student development
